Stone Cold Meats & Seafood is a small, family-owned specialty meat shop in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. We specialize in homemade sausage, gourmet burgers, ground meats, steaks, oven-ready specialties, and much more!

 

Kyle Stone, owner of SCM&S, has been specializing in the meat trade for close to 15 years, working in the family-owned atmosphere as well as the corporate world. Beginning as the hot dog and bacon runner for a family-owned food market, Kyle worked his way up the ranks. The years of cleaning meat rooms and stocking has brought an appreciation for every facet of the trade. His first full-time position was as the "Meat Wrapper," who wraps the packages of meat and organizes the display cases. Throughout the years, he would learn how to cut steaks, handle poultry, grind burger and specialize in sausages and other specialty items. After all, his job title of "Signature Items Specialist" wasn't for nothing!

Through a buyout, Kyle would eventually join one of the largest corporate grocers in America. The two years spent in this environment brought a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Today, Kyle is making his dream come true. In January 2024, Stone Cold Meats & Seafood, LLC opened for business! He is joined with Tina Lesoine, owner of Tina's Tasty Treats LLC, running a brick-and-mortar location. Come on out and get your meats, seafood and baked goods! We are also next to a beer and wine store, plus a pharmacy for those looking for a one-stop-shop!

 

Along with SCM&S, Kyle is the Marketing Director for Ed Stone Construction & Remodeling, LLC.
